Tammi Shimogawa is our Director of Operations. Tammi brings 12 years of real estate experience along with 10 years previously spent in the mortgage industry. To say she knows all things real estate would be an understatement! While the rest of the team is helping you receive the best customer service possible, discussing strategy and showing you amazing homes, you’ll find Tammi working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the team is supported with tools and processes they need to succeed for you. Tammi has been helping build successful real estate companies since 2012. She is an expert at building highly effective systems and processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and capacity.

Miranda Keeler is our Transaction Coordinator and the proud owner of Mirato Co. – a real estate administration company. Miranda started her real estate journey as a DOO (Director of Operations) for a small team in Omaha, NE and fell in love with the Transaction Coordination (TC) process. She is a diehard systems and processes gal with a love for spreadsheets. Since the summer of 2020, she (and now her team) have successfully brought 1,000 transactions to the closing table.
